It’s actually fermented milk (don’t think “ew” when you hear the word “fermented” it’s not all that bad! J besides it comes in different flavors ;)) Kefir cleans out the digestive tract making sure that no toxic or pathogenic contents in food enter your bloodstream.
Flushes out the bad bacteria from your intestines, regulates digestion, metabolism regulates your immune system, which means it makes you more resistant to any disease.

Strawberry Kefir and Banana Smoothie
1 large banana, broken into 4 chunks
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup kefir
Directions
Place your banana, strawberries and kefir into your blender
Blend for a couple of minutes or until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy
*If you need to sweeten your smoothie you can use stevia or honey.
